To schedule an appointment at an ORBIT Imaging Center call the Orbit Center nearest you. Please have your appointment slip from your referring Doctor handy when you call. Your Images cannot be taken unless we have a prescription from your referring Doctor, so please, do not forget to bring it with you. Your imaging appointment will take from 15 to 30 minutes depending on the type of imaging study requested by your Doctor. We can usually accommodate you on the same day you call, or the following day.

ORBIT Imaging Centers require payment at the time of service. Payment can be made by Cash or Credit Card. Please be advised that we do not have contracts with any insurance providers. ORBIT staff will be pleased to assist you with the completion of any insurance claims. All insurance payments will be made directly to the patient from the insurance carrier.

Your scheduled CBVT visit will take approximately 15 minutes from start to finish. You will be seated in the CBVT chair and accurately positioned. The scan will range from 10 – 20 seconds. The scan is painless. Once the scan is complete we ask you to remain for 5 – 10 minutes while our technician verifies that the image acquisitions were performed successfully. At that point you are free to leave.

The acquired images will be forwarded to your referring dentist/physician in a timely manner.
