Go to your organization's specific ShareFile login page.

Enter your email address and click Continue or Next.

Click “Forgot Password?” beneath the password input field.

Complete any verification prompts (such as a reCaptcha) and submit.

Check your inbox for the reset email and click the provided link within 30 minutes (links expire quickly and previous links are invalidated if requested multiple times).

Follow the on-screen prompts to create your new password.
